About the Authors

Erik Brynjolfsson is the Schussel Family Professor of Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Director of the MIT Center for Digital Business. Thomas H. Davenport is a visiting professor at the Harvard Business School for the 2012-2013 academic year, the President’s Distinguished Professor in Management and Information Technology at Babson College and co-founder and research director of the International Institute for Analytics.
